⭐ Updated Review I have been regularly visiting the Capital Health Screening Center, Musaffah branch along with our company employees for visa medicals. Over the past few months, my overall experience has been very positive, with cooperative and professional staff ensuring smooth procedures. On my recent visits dated 4-12-2025 and 5-12-2025, I would especially like to highlight the excellent support I received at counter 6 and counter 7. The staff at these counters managed the heavy rush with great efficiency and, most importantly, showed genuine care for each individual’s problem and respected their time sincerely. This attitude reflects true professionalism and dedication. I also want to appreciate the friendly assistance of outer receptionist Manoj and Miss Meryam, whose welcoming and supportive approach makes every visit more organized and comfortable. I am thankful to the entire team of Capital Health Screening Center, Musaffah branch for their ongoing cooperation and commitment, which ensures a smooth and positive experience every time.

The company's security staff, although not all of them, are in my opinion, but I think I have seen their work during the working hours I have met. I am grateful for the opportunity. I have seen these people serve all customers seeking service equally, treat customers with transparency, honesty, and provide services free from any discrimination, and I hope they continue to do so. I had a wonderful experience at Capital Health Screening Center, Village Mall Mussafah. From the reception team to all the counters and nurses, everyone was extremely polite, humble, and professional. Despite reaching late due to work commitments, the staff treated me with patience and kindness. A special mention to Ms. Asma, who was incredibly humble and supportive. Even though it was closing time, she made genuine efforts to ensure my medical tests were completed smoothly and without any delay.
