Venus and France are absolutely incredible! They’re professional, gentle, and genuinely care about their clients’ comfort and results. We always feel so welcomed and well taken care of. I also have to mention how impressed we’ve been with their laser treatments. The results have been consistently great, and the process is always smooth and comfortable. They explain everything clearly and make sure you feel confident throughout the procedure. I also would like to thank Jennifer for always accomodating us and suggesting a good package of their services. I was honestly nervous before my first session, but the team made me feel so comfortable. The treatment was quick, virtually painless, and I’ve already seen amazing results after just a few sessions. The clinic is spotless and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

This review is anonymous. I did laser hair removal with Frances. She was phenomenal and the clinic was very lucky to have her. I had no complaints or concerns with her services. Now, I’ve been doing laser with Venus and my results are not good. The laser isn’t doing anything since seeing Venus - if anything, my results are going from good to bad - that is backwards. I was about to recommend them but now I don’t since Frances is gone. Really disappointed. I also do recommend the front desk should do better with communication. Otherwise, Frances was super trustworthy, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. It’s a shame she left and I’m not sure why

I had a great experience at this clinic! The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and easy. Dr surindher was professional, attentive, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The nurses were kind, caring, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Overall, the whole team was amazing — friendly, organized, and professional. I truly appreciate their excellent service and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care.
