Yesterday, I availed their service for my 2 BHK apartment in Rolla, Sharjah. The team was highly professional, and every nook and corner was cleaned to perfection. Outstanding service by Sammer’s team, with special thanks to Salahuddin, the supervisor.

I just got my apartment renovated so it was a total disaster with dust everywhere. I was recommended this company thru the building management so I was kind of hesitant in the beginning but I tried them. The crew of Shiva, Farooq, Yousef, Wahid and I didn't catch one guys name. They arrived promptly at the promised time and were very professional in bringing in their equipment and materials as not to disturb the neighbors. I was worried about that because it was early Sunday morning and I was concerned about noise. They listened to all our special attention areas that needed cleaning. Their cleaning began and I was surprised to see the level of details. They paid attention to get little details to make sure it was cleaned. I would highly recommend this company. They left my apartment shining. Thank you for providing such good service and the staff was great as they went above and beyond and were extremely professional in their attitude and behavior.

The team at Cleantel Cleaning Service is fantastic and I would personally and highly recommend them to every single person who needs to have deep cleaning done. We were moving into a new apartment and despite the building management having done a soft clean, we wanted to do a deep clean as well. The team of Mustafa, Farook, Waheed, Shamsher and Ruseel arrived right on time and I do not have words to describe the fantastic job they did. Despite our house already being on the clean side, the job they did, specially with the bathrooms and balconies made it seem like we were moving into a completely different house. Booked deep cleaning service with cleantel two days back.They sent me a quote with detailed contract on work to be done with finer details.It had been many years since we had done a thorough deep cleaning of our home..The team consisting of Salaluddin, James Wahid,Yoosuf and Monir arrived exactly on time as promised.They went room by room with precision tackling every bit of dust and grease which was piled on top of our shelves which was out of sight.The sincerity and trust worthiness of the staff needs a special applaud for they are such an honest and sincere team.The manager Mr.Shemeer visited the site as he was passing by, ensuring the staff left no stone unturned.The cleaning took more time than expected but the staff were very patient and did the cleaning thoroughly. I am extremely disappointed with Cleantel’s cleaning service. The cleaner who came to my home did absolutely nothing — I returned expecting a clean space, only to find that I had to redo all the work myself. It is frustrating to constantly trust this company and repeatedly receive poor service, yet still be expected to make payment as if the job was done properly. I scheduled this cleaning so I could finally rest after a long day, but instead I spent my evening cleaning again because the service was completely ineffective and a waste of time. This is not the first time the quality has fallen short, and it’s discouraging that basic expectations continue to be unmet. If you value reliability, quality, and professionalism, I cannot recommend Cleantel at this time. I truly hope the management takes this seriously and improves their standards, because customers deserve better than this.
