We are taking regular services from 'Home Maids' their staff are very good, and provide excellent services. Especially their contact centre staff are very helpful I would like to mention their staff Remar very supportive. Also our cleaning staff Shantila and Srijana are very good. I would highly recommend this company.

The best housekeeping company! Highly recommended and I am very happy with their service from requesting the booking to receiving the booking confirmation. Very responsive and professional staff. Maria is an EXCELLENT cleaner! I am happy and fully satisfied with her service. She's a very reliable and well-organized lady. She maximize her time and making sure to finish her tasks. We’ve tried many different maid services but this one definitely stands out. Angelica has been fantastic! She does a thorough job and is quick, a hard combination to find. She’s also very polite. Management has also been very accommodating with pauses for vacation and changes of schedule, they’re also quick to respond. Very pleased with the service. Home maids always comes to my rescue . Every time they sent someone they did a wonderful job . They just knew what to do and could tell their training was of a high standard. Raquel helped us a few times and she was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend

I have been using Homemaids for over 3 years and am very happy with the service. They are flexible when I need extra hours or different day or even cancellation. Sometimes I send a message for a change at midnight thinking they will see it in the morning but Aida responds immediately and sets it up. She is always courteous and tries to do her best to accommodate me. I am also very happy with my regular maid Eden. She is polite, always smiling, and good at cleaning, ironing etc. She was particularly good with my mother who is 89 - always greeting her and obliging her with extra cleaning and ironing tasks. I also like that when my regular goes on leave they make sure she familiarises the replacement properly for a smooth transition. I recommend the company and especially Eden and Aida.

I have been a very happy customer of Homemaids for years, but after we were affected by the flooding in Dubai, they sent a team of three ladies to help me clean up. They were amazing! I gave them some instructions, which included gutting the entire kitchen and washing everything inside, and they got right to work! They made sure everything was disinfected and ready to use. They also cleaned my entire upstairs, and they mopped the downstairs floor multiple times. They were not happy until the entire floor sparkled with no streaks. They worked through their lunch break and stayed extra hours as they really cared that our house was clean and ready to live in. They were also very friendly and I enjoyed their company.
