Very good cleaning. Recommend!

The company it self is not professional with clients, I had regular service with them but they cancel the service without informing me I was waiting for the lady to come but she didn’t show up and when I contacted the company they didn’t reply on me, they saw my message but they ignored it they didn’t even bother themselves to inform me before one day form the scheduled service nor in the same day. And frequently they were not on time waiting time range from 15-60 minutes. However the lady who came to provide me with the service was one of the best ladies I have dealt with and she is hard working (thank you Sonal for you hard work)

The team was very polite and professional. They came in and cleaned my couches extremely well with a lot of care. They also cleaned up any mess they made. It was a great service in general and a pleasant experience. Will definitely try their housekeeping services next.

Excellent service and professional friendly team. We needed cleaning for commercial area they didn’t leave till they finish everything in excellent way. They worked for 12 hours to complete the job. Really recommend it after dealing with a lot of companies I think they’re one of the best.

Booked for a full balcony deep clean. The guy I spoke to said this would be jet washed with specialist cleaning products. The guy that arrived was lovely but no jet washer and only a carrier bag of carrefour cleaning spray. The walls and the ceiling were not cleaned as promised and when I called someone was meant to come back. They cancelled 3 times and now will not respond toy messages or calls..not a happy customer...just had a call from the manager. To say I am insulted is an understatement. Keep your money. I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Wish I could aff photo of message

Cleaning is really good but the call center is very late responding I wonder how I see that here they are very fast with me I don’t have that experience. I barely get a response! But thanks to me saad when his there I get very good customer care.

Shamila, she did her work done well with within time frame. She doesn’t speak much English but ok to communicate. The operator ladies are easy to communicate and help with the needs.
