Kalyan Jewellers

I have never experienced such poor customer service anywhere in the UAE. To be honest, I went to Kalyan – Al Nakheel yesterday intending to buy jewellery, but within just 5 minutes I realized I had made the wrong decision. Their approach to customers lacks professionalism. Compared to their neighbours (Malabar & Joyalukkas), I would rate Kalyan only 1 out of 5.

As usual excellent purchase experience. Mr. Jerald in RAK branch was assisting us with my purchases this year.he was too supportive and guided us for the whole purchase. Wishing kalyan jewellers all the best for future.

We,ve been in nakheel branch of kalyan but we find awkward to the staff who assisted us actually it seems like discriminated coz we just looking only for 18k wedding ring .. when i ask about the cards posted in the table its like shameful for me how he answered my question because we are filipinos? Because and he sees us that we couldn't afford to buy gold? because he just answered no it is credit card its not politely explained well it just because our budget was not same as ur customer does? But still we are customers right they must to treat it fairly . But still we buy the said wedding ring but customer wise was very bad yes u have a high and very quality gold but at least u must to treat customer fairly .
