Great customer service.. I just passed by the shop to check for a model. I found on the brand (Online website).. and I didn’t specifically ask to have it or to see it and surprisingly two days later Mr Walid Alsherif send me a message that the model I show him the photo on my mobile is available and he brought it specifically for me from the Dubai branch to see it.. so I pass by the shop two days later and I was really treated so nicely and I got very good discount and I bought the whole set.. Waell initially I was just interested to see it because I like it online.. I would really appreciate the professional work Customer service of Mr. Walid and will definitely come back

My experience at this jewelry store was excellent! The place is elegant, and the collection is beautiful. I would like to especially thank Mohammad for his outstanding service. He was very professional, patient, and kind while helping me choose the right piece. His dedication and professionalism made me feel very comfortable and confident in my purchase. The prices before the discounts were much lower, but they listed exaggerated prices on their website and then replaced them during the sale with the original prices, making it look like a discount. I visited the store and saw a necklace before and after the so-called sale — the price was almost the same. When I mentioned it to them, they kept giving unclear and evasive explanations. Even the rings I bought were overpriced, despite the drop in gold prices at the time. My sister also received a gold set as a gift purchased from this store, and later discovered that the earrings were not real gold. Unfortunately, the experience was completely unreliable, and I will not deal with them again. الأسعار قبل التخفيضات كانت أقل بكثير، لكنهم وضعوا في الموقع أسعارًا مبالغًا فيها ثم استبدلوها بعد الخصم بالسعر الأصلي وكأنها تخفيضات. زرت المحل وشاهدت عقدًا قبل التخفيضات وبعدها وكان السعر نفسه تقريبًا، وعندما أخبرتهم بذلك كانوا يلفّون ويدورون في التبرير. حتى الخواتم التي اشتريتها لم تكن أسعارها منطقية رغم انخفاض سعر الذهب وقتها. أختي أيضًا حصلت على طقم ذهب كهدية من محلهم، واكتشفت لاحقًا أن الحلقات المستخدمة فيه ليست ذهبًا حقيقيًا. للأسف التجربة كانت غير موثوقة إطلاقًا ولن أتعامل معهم مجددًا.
