Selection and collection Syed Hasham Good dealing I recently visited Malabar Gold & Diamonds in Fujairah, and I must say that my experience was truly exceptional from the moment I entered the showroom until the time I finalized my purchase. The store maintains a very welcoming atmosphere with a perfect balance of luxury and comfort, making customers feel relaxed while browsing through the wide collection of jewellery. What really impressed me was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They were extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right jewellery within my budget. Instead of rushing or pushing for a sale, they took the time to explain every detail — including gold purity, weight, making charges, and the latest offers. Their transparent approach and willingness to guide made me feel confident and satisfied with my choices. The variety of designs is fantastic, ranging from traditional Indian styles to elegant modern collections suitable for daily wear or special occasions. I could clearly see the craftsmanship and attention to detail in every piece. The showroom is well-organized, allowing customers to explore different sections easily without feeling confused or pressured. Another highlight is their customer service even after the purchase — whether it is resizing, polishing, or exchanging, the staff handles everything smoothly and professionally. Their gold exchange policy and buyback options gave me additional peace of mind and made me trust their brand even more. Overall, Malabar Gold & Diamonds Fujairah stands out not only for its beautiful jewellery, but also for its excellent service, transparency, and customer care. It is a place where you can shop with confidence, knowing that you are getting genuine value for your money. I highly recommend this showroom to anyone in Fujairah who is looking for quality gold, diamonds, or gift collections. Definitely one of the best jewellery shopping experiences I have had in the UAE!
