Van Cleef & Arpels (Dubai - Dubai Mall)

Mary was our SA and I can honestly say she was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, her knowledge and expertise stood out, and she made the whole process seamless. Mary guided me through my purchase with such confidence that I didn’t hesitate for a second- she truly knows her stuff! She also went the extra mile by informing us about earning Skywards miles on my purchase, which was an added bonus. Her friendly, professional demeanor made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend Mary for her outstanding service!

So extremely disappointed! Wanted to purchase earings. They dont have it in stock. Enstead of telling me they will get in it few hours for me they told me to buy it in the web. Whats this treatment? Cartier has completely different customer treatment! How is it possible you dont have stock of basic items you advertise in Fashion Avenue shop? The sales woman made us feel like she does not care, instead of doing everything to get us what we wanted.

بوتيك جميل وتعامل راقي ومنتجات متوفر بصراحه يعيبه مده الانتظار يطول الموظف عبال ما يخدمك

I had a very disappointing experience with Van Cleef & Arpels. I contacted a sales associate to secure a piece , and she confirmed an appointment for me. I even rearranged my schedule as it was meant to be my birthday gift. Later, I was told it was actually reserved for another client with the same name. Had I not followed up, I would have gone all the way to the boutique only to be told it wasn’t mine. All I received was a simple "sorry," with no effort to resolve the situation. For a luxury brand, this level of service is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is how you lose a potential client who was genuinely excited to build a relationship with the brand.

The SA at the door was extremely rude and arrogant, speaking as if he owned the place. I chose to walk away and was then treated exceptionally well at Bulgari, where we were genuinely welcomed while looking for jewelry pieces for our loved ones.
