I had bad experience with the brand- quality of the product and poor customer service! I was wearing my Piaget bracelet and suddenly it fell down on the floor when I was shopping at the Mall of the Emirates on May 15. The joint place was broken and I never expected this will happen with this high end brand! So I sent it to the boutique for repairing. I haven’t heard anything with them so I called after 3 weeks, someone told me it’s still under the repairing. So I waited until today June 15 I received the email to be told I need to pay AED310 for repairing. What a surprise! I never had this experience with Van… or Tif… So disappointed!
