Jawhara Jewellery - Dubai Mall (Zabeel Extension)

The Dana Collection is beautifully curated, with elegant designs and exceptional attention to detail. Talal gave us amazing attention in choosing the right collection for my daughter and worked with our budget to give us exactly what we were looking for. Dalia with her beautiful smile and sharp eyes also was there to bring us samples and help in that process. We bought pieces that stand out for their timeless sophistication and refined craftsmanship. The best experience ever.

I would like to thank Karim for helping me choosing a gift for my mom. I felt ease. Wasn’t pushy but rather suggestive. And he was patient. The collections of necklaces are really nice and could vary. They have flowers butterflies and so many tiny elegant designs.

The customer service by Talal Omasha and Lily were excellent, very accommodating, and provided a fair price after applying a discount.

I’ve been coming here for years, but the service has really declined. The staff before was really good and cooperative. Despite, with staff changing all the time, Jawhara in Zabeel has become really unreliable and unprofessional, and it’s been disappointing for someone who’s been loyal for so long. I decided to stop coming here. I hope this feedback makes a difference if Jawhara cares about its image.

Amazing service at Jawhara! Maha was super helpful and friendly — she made my shopping experience perfect. Definitely coming back because of her

Fethia was very helpful . Her options were so related to my gift occasion . Definitely I will be back to the store for more beautiful things.

Excellent Very happy with Mr Talal and with Mohammed Samy. Amazing service and help
