Jawhara Jewellery - Dubai Mall - Gold Souq

Bought a diamond and white gold ring from here in 2023. Fast forward to 2026, two small diamonds have fallen out. I have contacted the store via the whatsaap number with a copy of my invoice and have had no response. Would suggest other more reputable brands such as Malabar or Damas with whom I have never had an issue with (never have I had diamonds falling out of a piece with Malabar or Damas).

Yazan was a delight to work with, was extremely patient and helped us select our designs. We bought 3 pieces and were very happy with our purchases. Highly recommend this store for beautiful and modern designs. We will return again!

An amazing store with great collection but what is even better is the service and great customer orientation from Yazan. He is extremly great with his service, the taste for showing great pieces for the client and made it a great experience overall. Thanks for a great buy !! Will definitely come again for the designs and exceptional service !!

Visited Jawhara to buy gifts for my friends. Mostafa Emam really helped us a lot, giving suggestions based on what I liked. He is very patient when showing us the collections that they have in their store. He also gift wrapped the jewelry that i bought. It was really nicely done. Recommend to look for him when visiting the store as he will definitely helped you a lo with a smile.

I would like to share feedback regarding my recent experience. The only person who was genuinely helpful was the female Egyptian sales associate. She was professional, attentive, and tried to assist despite the lack of support from her colleagues. Unfortunately, her two male colleagues were unhelpful, and when she attempted to involve one of them, he responded with "أيش بدها", which was rude and disrespectful. This kind of language and attitude is unacceptable, especially in a customer facing environment. Please ensure that all employees are trained to treat both customers and colleagues with basic respect and professionalism. This experience reflects poorly on the overall service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed accordingly.

Ahmed Mustafa in Dubal Mall District is the best diamond agent ever !! He makes everything possible !! From Custom Made Design till Good Prices !!

Thank you Mostafa for your exceptional customer service. Bought gifts for family. His colleague was really helpful too. Kudos to the team.
