Im not surprised that I am not only one who encountered the most terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE in my life. Damas Jewelry have ZERO Quality Assurance and delivers DEFECTIVE jewelry that will take forever for you to get a response. I have been chasing you for more than a week now. You keep promising you will call me back but NEVER calls. I have to chase every time and you say the same old tired line. Your brand image is nothing because your service absolutely terrible. I dont know how you are still in the industry and how you operate. Whoever is running your company should be SACKED.

Very bad service from Damas, ordered 3items on 16 december, delivery didnt arrive within 3days, called customer service, they said one otem not available, said will deliver on monday... Nothing happen... Again follow up on tuesday 23.... Finally they send today on 24th of december, delivered at almost 11pm . I was seeing 10th dream when the courier almost crush my door. And by the way they didnt send the promissed gift!!!!!

Very bad customer service i went to exchange the gold after 1 and half weeks and they told to keep the necklace there for one week as if we are cheaters

Awful! I have never been treated this poorly by a company that I have given thousands to. No customer service at all. You want to speak to someone? Impossible. Once the sale is made, they don't care about you as a customer at all. I've bought gifts to so many people from damas, and bought jewelery for myself, that I now want to just throw out because of how awful this company is. Don't buy from here. I tried calling so many times. Staff at the stores are useless! And will treat you like you're a thief and garbage if you walk in trying to exchange. I even told them I want to buy something more expensive, but was still treated horribly!

Worst service that ive ever seen across my lifetime in dubai, customer service ZERO, online shopping .. its a scam. I have purchased something online and i have received a confirmation email. AND THATS IT. I have not received any information about the delivery. They have the worst customer service ever. An Ai bot that does absolutely nothing then it transfers you to an agent but the agent doesn’t say a single word. So far … they are scammers This is not a supermarket that they scammed you with 10 or 20 AED……. We are talking about thousands of dirhams here. I dont know what to do or who else to call

A horrible experience from their online. I guess they sell items which is not in stock. These days all online retailers are so efficient but Damas is completely opposite. They permanently lost a client and few more who listens to me or with whom I will share my ordeal. There is absolutely zero communication and their WhatsApp is a joke. No email response. If you care for your money, AVOID this retailer. There are 1000s others who will offer you much better services. I am disputing my transaction with them.

you run a website to order online but then you dont have a channel for returns or exchanges. after 5 days of raising the request with no communication from their end i figure out that it works by going and drooping the item to a physical store. which i did but again lack of communication is amazing. they never answere the phone, never reply on whats app nor provide any info and iam just here waiting wondering how on earth this company is successful.
