We had the best experience at Chaumet Dubai mall. Lidiya was so helpful, patient and kind, she helped us find our dream Christmas presents for me and my husband. It was really the perfect experience !

Extremely painful experience in the DM Boutique. Unwelcoming staff, one way forced communication with Bella who was clearly not interested to sell and arogant. Clearly does not reflect the standard and expectations of a luxury brand.

I have only pleasant impressions from visiting the Chaumet jewelry boutique! I bought a piece of jewelry that won my heart at first sight. I would like to say a special thank you to the manager Lidiya for her professionalism, attention and help in choosing - she is very nice! I recommend this boutique to everyone, here you will find not only exquisite jewelry, but also excellent service! 🙂

Very helpful staff. Came to purchase an engangment ring and was helped by a 2 ladies, professional and helpful, I didn't catch the ladies name it began with an R. I believe Raheem or Rahaaf, I feel bad for forgetting. I ended up buying the engangment ring from chapord in the end due to sizes available in my budget, but will defiantly coming back to Chaumet for the wedding rings in a few months.
