PANDORA

One of the worst shops I've ever shopped to. All the items were supposedly original. I bought a bracelet and ring 8 months ago and they turned black. When I returned them, they asked me to buy cleaning water, which cost more than the items themselves. It was a terrible experience.

Giving five stars because of warm welcome from the SA Mihi, i went at pandora WTC for the first time and even am not going to buy Mihi was patience enough to accommodate my visit and answers all my inquiries, that leads me to visit on the second time where I ended up buying gifts for my sister. Went to other branches but didn’t feel the same, so I went back to WTC and bought again ,Mihi is exceptional on his customers service truly appreciated coming from an SA it self. Making customers feels welcome and not judged is a huge start of building a good relationship. Well deserved of applause well done and May you continue your good heart towards your clients. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️ May God bless you and reward your hard work all the days of your life.

I was really irritated by the staff in this branch and I had already sent an email to the customer service and no one has answered me. I had charm which was given to me as gift and it is shown clearly in my account but the staff there refused to change it although other branches were willing to change but the charm was out of stock. Really I need someone to sort out this issue!!!

Great collection I always buy from them for gifting Usually they don’t have more offers But the collection is fine Pandoras always is good for gifting My friend and family love the collection

I bought a bracelet and was given a free bangle, the staff chose the size of the bangle for me, I didn’t wear the bangle for like a week and when I tried it 9 days after I found out that it’s too small for my wrist. I went back to Pandora WTC to change size as I still have the receipt and still within the 14 days period. They told me that the bangle is no longer available as it was pulled out for Dubai for a shop that recently opened. I was so disappointed as the bangle is too small for me and they didn’t replace it with a bigger size. I will not visit WTC branch anymore and will make a complaint to the operations manager as it was their staff who chose the size and told that it fits me. I’m a first time user of Pandora so I really on the expertise of their staff.

Will always recommend this particular branch in WTC, Abudhabi. It's a small store compared to other stores in Abudhabi, but the staff here is very good. Their enthusiasm to show the jwellery is at next level, Very polite and eversmiling .
