OMEGA - Yas Mall

Great Experience at Omega Boutique - Yas Mall I had a fantastic experience purchasing the Speedmaster Sapphire Sandwich (white dial) at Omega Boutique, Yas Mall. Mr. Hadi and Jeemon were incredibly professional and helpful in guiding me to make the purchase. The team’s hospitality made me feel welcome, and they even provided a watch service case since I was traveling without one. While the service was excellent, it would be great if complimentary gifts, like those I received when buying my SMP300 in Toronto, were offered here as well. Overall, a wonderful experience—highly recommended!

I have dealt with Andrew at Yas Mall on many occasions, but my most recent visit truly highlighted what a consummate professional he is. His calm, composed manner is something many sales professionals could learn from. I recently purchased a new piece from the Yas Mall branch and, after a week, realised I had chosen the wrong one. I reached out to Andrew to explain the situation, and he was more than accommodating in facilitating the exchange. His depth of knowledge in horology and his ability to match the right timepiece to a person’s character are genuinely remarkable. Andrew consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience, and he is a credit to the brand. Thinking about buying your first Omega Andrew is your man!

I had an excellent experience at the Omega boutique in Yas Mall. Ahmed, the sales advisor, was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. He made me feel very comfortable and provided great advice, not only about the purchase itself but also about the maintenance and care services for Omega watches. I highly recommend this boutique & I’m very happy with my purchase!

Superb service by Jeemon. His knowledge of Omega timepieces, intuitive sense of my husband's style, and his patience ultimately led us to buying a beautifully iconic watch. Thank you!!!
