Smita was not only very kind…she was extremely helpful. I dropped my new MB-149 right on the nib. She had it repaired with no charge. It is basically a brand new nib. I am a forever customer now.

The shop is very nice and the employees are very kind and helpful and respectful. And i would like to specially thank Saci for his cooperation with me.

‏سلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ‏يوم الإثنين تاريخ 26‏/5‏/2025 ‏كانت زيارة لفرع 9:36 مساءً ‏تعرضنا الأسلوب جدا سيئ سيئ سيئ من الموظفة الاستقبال الفرع وكان غير مهذب ‏وكان في ذلك تريد أن تغلق الفرع وتتحدث معنا بأنها تريد تغلق الفرع وطردنا من الفرع ‏وكان الأسلوب جدا سيئ وكانت غير مولمة المام الكامل في إعطاء بعض المعلومات في اختيارنا مونت بلانك ‏كان الود بشراء العديد من الأغراض وكان عذرها بأنه لا نشتري وسبب ذلك إغلاق الفرع وإرسال تقرير للشركة بما يخص اليوم وهذا لا يخص العملاء والضيوف الزائرين إلى الفرع فأرجو المحاسبة لم حدث عن ذلك وشكرا

I went to Marina Mall branch to fix my a stain on my Mont Blanc wallet. I was kept waiting for 10 minutes without any assistance although the store had two sales agents. Unfortunately, both were assisting the same customer. I entered the store approximately at 05:40 pm and kept waiting till 5:50 pm. My experience was always positive about the brand until this unpleasant incident.
