Malabar Gold and Diamonds - Mazyad Mall - Abu Dhabi - UAE

Can't trust them, asked a question in plain english, and they gave an answer. Asked them twice if that is the price. They even write it down. I counted the money and at the end they added close to 100 USD to the price that they agreed with. Sorry but I never do bussines with people that say one thing and do something different

Had an exceptional experience at Malabar. Mr. Jeeva was extremely helpful in guiding me to the best designs. Truly appreciate the excellent rates and outstanding service provided.

Very nice collection and customer service is really good. Mr GODWIN was very helpful and professional. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful experience at Malabar Gold, thanks to Mubeen. He was extremely courteous, patient, and attentive throughout our visit. He showed us multiple options, understood our requirements clearly, and guided us without any pressure. His suggestions really helped us choose the right piece with confidence. Excellent service and a very pleasant shopping experience. Thank you, Mubeen!

Today, I visited the Malabar Gold & Diamonds store at Mazyad Mall with my friend to purchase gold coins. We requested two gold coins each. Initially, we were assisted by a sales representative named Mr. Anup. Unfortunately, his behavior and attitude were extremely disappointing. He was rude and seemed to judge us unfairly, possibly assuming we couldn’t afford the purchase. At the time of payment, Mr. Anup billed us for only one coin instead of the two we had requested. This mistake left us frustrated, as we received only one coin and had to leave the counter. Later, Mr. Sujith and another staff member approached us. After I explained the situation, they handled the matter politely and professionally. Mr. Sujith guided us with respect and ensured I could purchase the second coin without further issues.

I had an excellent experience at Malabar Gold, and I would especially like to appreciate Shanu for the outstanding service. Shanu was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable while helping us choose the perfect items. The way Shanu explained the designs, pricing, and offers was very clear and transparent. Most importantly, the friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made our shopping experience truly comfortable and memorable.
