Lifestyle Fine Jewelry - Al Wahda Mall Shop

We went to buy wedding bands in this shop, and after we paid and resized and engraved them and coated them with white gold, that time he told us that the colour of the rings will fade away, and when we asked to return the rings because he wasn't clear in the beginning he refused to. He broke our trust as customers.

I have been buying from this shop for years already. They have very good items at reasonable prices. They have highly commendable staff who knows how to deal well with customer. They have excellent after sales service. I have asked to them to clean my jewelries a few times already and have even asked to make a repair on my ring after i accidentally damaged it while on holidays. They have not charged me for anything and the ring came back to me as if it was brand new. They will give suggestions on which ones are best to take and will look good on you. Kudos to Karim, Marie and Hakim for always making sure that i leave the shop satisfied and happy. They are the main reason why i keep coming back to this shop and have recommended it to my friends!

Very sad salesmen at the kiosk .gave my rose good earring ,purchased from them to be repaired only , they returned it back in different color saying we polished it which weighed 2gms less.i just asked them to fix my earring never asked them to polish it,I bought it because of its rose gold color .Now thy knew they messed up ,but instead of apologizing for their mistakes and rectifying it. Thy kept blaming me for doubting them and proving me wrong .Pls if the company gets to see it kindly replace ur staff at the kiosk -first their communication skills are horrible and thy don’t even have basic etiquettes of communication . Every time I call them to ask what’s been done I feel like the are trying to prove me wrong for asking my original item back .My last time to even look at this company ever .
