I ordered a hip chain for my baby’s 1st function on 20th December and clearly informed the staff of the function date at the time of placing the order. After four days, I followed up to check the status of the item. However, just one day before the function, I was contacted for pickup and then informed that the item was not ready, with the staff claiming that I had not mentioned the function date. This statement is completely incorrect, as the date was clearly communicated during the order. When I visited the shop in person, the hip chain was prepared in haste, and I was charged additional making charges due to their delay. The staff refused to acknowledge their mistake and instead placed the blame on me. I also requested CCTV footage to verify the facts, but even after more than two days, there has been no update or response. As a result, we were unable to use the product for the function, which completely spoiled our baby’s first function, causing significant emotional distress to our family. This incident reflects poor customer service, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior. I do not recommend this shop . I strongly suggest please , choose reputed and reliable shops for important occasions to avoid such disappointment.
