Carcassonne Gold & Diamonds L.L.C.

Yasin helped me purchase these 18k gold earrings and shipped them to me. He went out of his way to have Lena model them, gave a reasonable price, and communicated back and forth despite time zone differences. They arrived in perfect condition and I love them. Will definitely be buying from here again for my next gold purchase in the future.

Gave good deals; accomodating and helpful sales assistants; free drinking water; Owner is friendly and gave 'freebies' . I will be back again to buy more gold.

Angela is very accommodating and she will make sure your purchase matches your personality. I will definitly come back. Worth recommending.

I had such a wonderful experience at Carcassonne Jewelry! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the store itself is absolutely beautiful with an amazing selection of jewelry. To my surprise and delight, I even won their grand prize — an iPhone 16 Pro! This made my visit even more unforgettable. Thank you, Carcassonne Jewelry, for your generosity and for making customers feel so special. Highly recommended!

Thank you carcassonne gold and diamond we are so happy today with ms lina who genuinely amazing entertaining and awesome assisting all the way with happy face . Sure we will comeback soon again

Our go to place for gold and diamonds! The staff is more than helpful and will provide prices that is very reasonable. Shout out to Arlyn who went over and beyond in helping us choose the right product, for the right price!

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience here. The staff member who attended us was clearly uninterested in helping and even made unfriendly expressions. The service felt cold and unwelcoming, and I did not feel valued as a customer. Because of that, I won’t return for repairs or future jewelry purchases. Right after leaving, we went next door to Al Awadhi Jewellery, and the experience was completely different. The staff there was friendly, helpful, and honest — they offered solutions and treated us with respect and kindness. If you’re considering jewelry services in this area, I highly recommend going to Al Awadhi Jewellery instead.
