Thats sumthing strange which I experienced first time buying Jewellery in #UAE Abu Dhabi. As they had offer on zero making jewels which was interesting. But at the time of billing they refused to provide me electronic bill instead provided manual bill which I didn’t expected. They are not ready to write Tax on bill. Instead giving excuse that its a lump-sum billing item so individual item bill cannot be provided electronically in system. Local authorities should look into it.

Worest experience in my life purchasing gold this shop.this people loss my confidence .i bought lots of gold this shop for my wedding.recently my wedding anniversary that’s is the reason I order 22k name ring(this one I make surprise gift for gift for my husband)after 15 days they are call me your ring ready.we are using within one month ring colour Changed.we are checked purity another shop they are told us 20k.really this issues im unexpected.i trust this people that’s why I buy same shop.againwe are visit the shop they told some mistake about making process we are remake the ring .yesterday I’m received. But the size and quantity is difference .the manager response is very bad.any way dear customer if you buy gold this shop check purity.mr shams you are gave me good customer care that’s why I bought lots of gold this shop.
