Bad service especially with the staff name Alam. I purchased gold ring here last saturday and asked to engrave our names and told me to wait atleast an hour, but after i got my rings they put our names to the wrong size of the rings. And he told me just take your money back because they cannot give me a new one, and cannot redo the names. The way he spoke to me, very irritating! And he's not even sorry because its not his fault, its the one who engrave it but still!

Went to this shop to look for gold bracelet when I was asking them what are the making charges, one of the sales representative came near me and said we are closing the shop, it felt really bad as the way the salesman was treating. Very unprofessional behaviour I would not recommend this to anyone. Me and my friend had to walkout from the shop as we decided to look for a better shop.

I went to this shop to buy gold. Once I had selected the item, they didn't give me time to decide. They are asking me to pay 9,000 dirhams quickly. We will close our shop. As I come from the UK, I don't have cash. They are saying pay us cash, and we will give you some discounts. As I said, I will pay by card; they are saying to pay 9000 dirhams by card. I was so surprised they were not giving me time to count 9000 dirhams. How they charge me 9000 dirhams and how much they charge me per gram. In the shop, one guy was sitting in the chair and saying, Buy this; it's good. There were 3 or 4 sales representatives and another guy setting up in the chair and forcing me to buy this gold. Once everyone was forcing me, I felt so scared. I felt like I was crying. I had never seen this type of situation anywhere where all of them were forcing me to buy the gold. Please avoid this place. I would never recommend anyone to go to this place.
