Aldo Accessories

Very accommodating staff Ms. Norliza and Ms. Ayesha. smiling and friendly. They helped us to choose which item suits us perfect

Aldo is my brand so this is 100% perfect. But the sales reresentative gives more beautiful about the brand. Miss Ayesha.

had a very frustrating experience at the WTC Mall branch today. I attempted to exchange a wallet and presented my e-receipt as proof of purchase. To my surprise, the staff refused the exchange, insisting on a physical paper invoice. In a digital-first era, it is incredibly inconvenient and outdated for a brand to reject its own electronic records. I expected much better customer service and a smoother process."

Ms. Ayesha was very helpful and friendly. I like her upselling which is not too much pushy, very good customer service. Definitely will come back for more gift ideas from this store.

Good collection. Location is good convinent. Quality products, latest collection available Staff is very helpful and supportive. Thanks to Miss - Archelle kind & helpful.

Visited again on June 12th as the piece that I bought on May 16th ( not even a month old is broken ) it’s pretty shocking for me !! On the other hand the experience that I get during the purchase is just opposite during my post purchase where no one I able to give attention to me and are making me wait unnecessarily just to have their store contact details to track on my request about the broken footwear’s.

Ms Norliza is really helpful and kind. She guides you very nice to choose the handbags. Highly professional and knows her job well.
