Sara at Hafla put together an absolutely stunning set up for my engagement event. Everything was spotless and stunning from the backdrop to the flowers to the entrance. Everything was phenomenal! Thank you so much Sara for making my day special, the pictures speak for itself!

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Hafla. They were booked for my baby girl’s birthday today. All guests arrived, the party was ready — and they never showed up. On top of that, they completely stopped answering their phone. This caused huge embarrassment in front of family and guests and ruined an important day for us. No explanation, no apology, no accountability. I strongly advise anyone to avoid dealing with them. I will also be filing an official complaint with consumer rights so this doesn’t happen to other families. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Absolutely the worst event service experience I have ever had. Yesterday was my daughter’s 4th birthday, and unfortunately this company completely ruined the day. We booked a magician, two entertainers, and an ice cream machine. I clearly requested the magician’s show to start at 17:00. Instead, he arrived at 15:00 — before the party had even started — and informed us he could only stay until 16:30. This made it impossible to have the show at the scheduled time. The two entertainers were completely unprepared. Communication was extremely difficult as they did not properly understand English. The microphone they brought was not working, so 40 children could not hear anything. For almost two hours, no music was played and no proper entertainment took place. We had to borrow a microphone from friends to try to fix the situation ourselves. The ice cream machine did not work at all. Their "solution" was to offer supermarket ice cream worth 20 AED (3-piece packs). The technician who came made no real effort to fix the machine. On top of everything, the team manager did not answer her phone despite me calling 7 times during the event. This was a 4-year-old child’s birthday. A day that should have been special turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Hafla Events Company truly exceeded my expectations! Their team is professional, creative, and incredibly organized. Warning #1. DONT PAY IN ADVANCE. We did for a party and that's our biggest regret with these people. Warning #2. They left us with a cinema party set up that wasn't working. They didn't answer our calls when we tried to reach them. Warning 3. They will not support you when you try to seek help. Finally when we got through to them, they were not helpful whatsoever and said they couldn't send anyone to help us. We were left on our own with 20 guests without a working cinema. Warning 4. Incredibly, with all their incompetent behavior, they will give you attitude on the line. Horrible experience, wouldn't recommend them. Seek out more professional providers. ZERO STARS.

Hafla did an incredible job in providing the food, furniture and hosting a pre wedding garden party at our place. Food was top notch and service was impeccable. We will definitely be using Hafla to host future events. Thank you for making everything smooth so our guests could have a memorable experience.
