IF ONLY I HAD THE OPTION TO RATE THIS BRANCH 0 STARS!! I experienced an increase in my monthly payment without any prior notice. When I requested for cancellation, they provided an incorrect end date for gym access. Because of this, I was automatically charged for an extra month AGAIN! Once you file for membership cancellation, they stop responding to your queries. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS GYM! SAVE YOURSELF FROM FRUSTATION AND CHOOSE A BETTER GYM WITH COMPETENT MANAGEMENT AND PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

As a regular gym member, I truly appreciate the facilities and the effort put into maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. However, during my recent visit, I noticed used tissues, an empty water bottle, and a towel left behind on the treadmill and training area. This kind of carelessness takes away from the experience we all come here to enjoy. Let’s all do our part by keeping the gym clean, respecting the space, and showing consideration for others. A clean gym is not just a rule , it’s a shared responsibility. Thank you so much for your profession. If there was a negative rating, I would have given them that. I paid them one year amount barely using the gym for no more thn couple of days. After that I asked the agent who got me signed the contract to cancel it, followed up with their call center, they said their management will get back but no one did. They continue to pester with the recovery agents with threats of legal actions. I clearly explained them that I have been jobless for over an year now and also going thru the death of my little one (still birth). Im in no place to even pay a penny at the moment, and yet the tone they use is very rude and arrogant. I do not recommend this gym to anyone, they are there to snatch money. And I am not the only one, I have read reddit where plenty of others are going thru this with them. The local authorities should take some or the other action against them.

I appreciate the service given from gymnation megamall, everything is perfect organized and so clean and the best welcome from the lady at reception called Mzia,she is kind and soft and give motivation, once you talk to her you wont hesitate to join,welcome all.

Worst experience ever. No one explained that the subscription can’t be cancelled. Please be careful before subscribing — this gym is the biggest scam! You can improve by actually being transparent with people instead of trapping them. Your staff never explained cancellation rules, never mentioned that the membership keeps charging even if unused, and never showed any clear terms before signing. Then you turn a small pending amount into inflated numbers like 1,749 AED and threaten people with "collections" instead of taking responsibility for your own lack of communication. If you truly want to improve, start by being honest, explaining the real terms upfront, training your staff properly and stopping the intimidation tactics. Until then, pretending to "care" on Google reviews doesn’t fix anything.

had a very bad and unprofessional experience with GymNation Dubai. • A staff member named Yasmine called me more than 15 times to push me into a membership at 64 AED. • When I went to the gym, she took my bank card and processed everything on her laptop without explaining the contract or asking for my clear consent. • I only agreed to pay for one month, but I was shocked to see another payment taken from my account 5 days before the first month even ended. • When I contacted her, she told me I had to cancel 30 days in advance, something she never explained. I have all conversations as proof. • The gym facilities themselves were very disappointing: bad smell, not clean, and several machines not working. The most important point: How were my personal and banking details used in the payment system without my clear permission? If there was misuse of my data, who is responsible — GymNation or the payment provider? This feels like a scam and caused me financial loss and stress. I strongly do not recommend GymNation Dubai to anyone.
