I searched and went to check gyms in Al Nahda area and this is the beat gym I could find. Its clean and spacious. Few coaches available all the time and nice. All the facilities available with lots of equipments. Gym parking also available free of cost. Without hesitation I can recommend this gym.

The best gym in Sharjah, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere I’ve had a great experience at this gym. The aerobics, Zumba, HIIT, and abs workouts are energetic, well-structured, and really effective. The both trainers Rowena and Ashna are motivating, supportive, and professional, making every session enjoyable and challenging at the same time. The classes are fun, workouts never feel boring. Highly recommended for anyone looking to lose weight, stay active, and enjoy group workouts!

This gym is truly excellent! All the trainers – Rowenna, Ashna, Anamika, and Teena – are very friendly and supportive, and even the receptionist Reethu makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. One of the best features is the play area for kids, which is well-maintained with a dedicated caretaker who ensures the children are safe and looked after. This makes it much easier for parents to focus on their workouts. The gym itself is always tidy, the equipment is clean and well-maintained, and there’s a spacious area for group workouts.
