Good facilities with useful equipments. Little bit crowded at sometimes. I’m working out under my trainer ANITHA, Shes has a very good knowledge about fitness and health and gives me proper guidance and I must recommend to others also who wants to have PERSONAL TRAINER.., Only one thing Im concern with is about the air circulation which we NEEDED MUST... like exhaust or vendilation at sometimes If possible All in all the gym is very affordable and useful specially staffs are accommodating Thank you so much❤️

I’ve been going to Florida Gym in Abushagara, Sharjah for sometime now, and overall, it’s a great place. The pricing isn’t cheap, but it’s on par with most other gyms in the area. In terms of value for money, it’s decent. The trainers are friendly and easy to approach, and one thing I really appreciate is how clean the gym is. The support staff is always around, and they keep the workout area, washrooms, dressing rooms, and toilets consistently tidy, which makes a big difference.

Unfortunately I paid for 3 months and within a 8 days I stopped going there. Definitely its not a good place for beginners. Any of their coaches are not cooperative or helpful. What will be your feelings when you go to someone's home and those hosts don't want to see, talk or atleast to give a smile. I wasted my money of AED 420/- for nothing. Beginers...please think twice before you go. Refund is not in their policy.

After renovation these guys have started using some slippery polish to the floor. the problem is that it sticks to the shoes and your legs start slipping and I have almoat lost my control over weights. this is a safety hazard. this needs to be taken care. I have been working out since a long time and I am the member of this gym since 2 yrs. one major problem is weights being left out in the machine. I have no problem with it, but new joined will certainly struggle in moving weights. moreover there is no proper provision for keeping plates. only one stand is available. number of plate stands need to increase.

I’ve been attending this gym from 2 weeks now, and while I appreciate its cleanliness and overall nice atmosphere, I have some concerns about the coaching staff. Unfortunately, the gym coaches seem more focused on having fun and laughing with their specific or same language clients, often ignoring newcomers who may need assistance or guidance. In my previous gym in Muweilah, which only charged 105 AED, the instructors were incredibly helpful and attentive to everyone. They made an effort to engage with all members, ensuring that no one felt overlooked. It's disappointing that this gym lacks that level of commitment to all its clients. Given my experience, I’m hesitant about continuing my membership next month. I believe that a welcoming and supportive environment is essential for a successful workout experience.
