European sports club Bodybuilding Gym & Swimming Classes

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very excellent gym in every aspect. The place is clean, well-equipped with modern machines, and has a great motivating atmosphere. What really stood out to me was the friendly and professional attitude of the staff, especially the receptionist, who was very welcoming, helpful, and made the experience smooth and comfortable from the first visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality gym with great customer service.

Great experience at the reception. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and very professional, making the entire process smooth from the moment I arrived. The Filipina receptionist was exceptionally kind and warm, assisting me with genuine professionalism and leaving a truly positive impression. Excellent service overall.

My mother goes to this gym, and I kindly want to warn others before they sign up. Yesterday she came home very upset because the staff told her to leave during the meditation class for kids. When you sign up, they never inform you about these rules or schedules they only seem to care about taking your money. There is no proper AC, and the hygiene is honestly very disappointing. It feels like you’re walking into a place with no cleanliness standards at all. Yes, the membership is cheap, but it’s really not worth it. You won’t have a good experience here. I truly hope the management sees this feedback and responds, because these issues need attention.

She is very friendly n an excellent coach… she always deal with patience… she teaches all the techniques step by steps over time… i am extremely happy n satisfied … i just loved it…✌️✌️❤️❤️

The reception staff have forwarded our complaints, but the manager doesn't seem to care. Even when we share our concerns, no solutions are offered. The schedule with Coach Hiba is not ideal the same classes are offered all day long. We have received more variety, but they refused. For example, if you don't want to do yoga, you can't choose another class on the same day because only yoga is available. The schedule is not varied at all, and the coach doesn't want to change it, which is really unfortunate. On top of that, the equipment is old, there are no wipes provided to clean the machines, and the floor is dirty. Despite all our complaints, the manager has not offered any solutions. I subscribed to a 6-month membership, but had I known all this earlier, I wouldn't have signed up. I do not recommend it

Great gym with a friendly atmosphere. The coaches are professional, supportive, and really care about progress. Clean facilities and excellent classes for both kids and adults. Highly recommended!!!! One of the best gym in the area!!!!
