I absolutely love this studio The place feels so modern, clean, and full of positive energy. The reception team are always friendly and professional. Marionne and Ana are fantastic instructors their Pilates ,TRX and latino dance classes are fun, motivating, and make me feel stronger every time. Deepthi is amazing in yoga; she has helped me so much with my flexibility and balance, and her classes are so calming and uplifting. Truly one of my favorite places ever! ‍♀️✨

I recently joined pilates classes in the Flow and I love it! Ana Milena takes care of us so well and pays attention to every girl in the class. Team is very friendly, studio inside is very nice. Also you can buy training clothes right there and have coffee next door in a healing centre. Definitely best place in Fujairah!

I love coming here ! I'm so happy a place like this is in Fujairah. From its aesthetic and elegant vibe, to the trainer's and instructors pushing and inspiring you to give your all to your training. Everyone is kind and understanding no matter what level you are.
