I had a trail boxing session yesterday with coach Francis and it was one of the best and most fun boxing sessions that I have ever had! Coach Francis is one of the kindest coaches that I have ever trained with, he really cares about getting the technique across to you, he cares about really teaching you well and will listen to all of your questions as well as train you at your own pace without over pushing you. If you would like to improve your boxing technique and improve your fitness in a really supportive and relaxed environment, then Fit Lab is the place for you. I would really recommend it.
