At first, I was little hesitant with all what they promised as it wasn’t all that convincing to me but still I joined with one of my friend as she really wanted to try it out as it was something completely new for both of us but with the first month itself we started seeing 70-80% of results as promised. For people like us with a busy and irregular work schedule and yet want to stay fit, this is definitely an option I would recommend. 20 mins twice a week is something more flexible and suitable for the busy lifestyle and plus the coaches are really friendly and motivational and know what they are doing. I would highly recommend EMS fitness to anyone who’s busy and can’t fit in a regular gym workout to their routine!

ماشاء الله المكان رائع ونظيف وتحديد وقت الحضور جدا سلس ،و بالنسبة لي حصلت نتيجة جدا رائعة ومرضيه وطبعا المدربات ماشاء الله مرحات و يشجعوكم ، غير كذا فعلا تحصلين نتيجة حلو فوقت قصير خلال تمرين مدته 20 دقيقة ..

I’ve been training with coach Rawan for a while now, and the results are awesome! I feel way better now and whenever I finish my training I feel refreshed. Rawan is so nice, understandable, and patient. She is always ready to give me support to finish my training and do well. Thanks to her, I’m happy with the result . Let’s all get healthy!

المكان جداً نظيف و مريح،، المدربه محبوبه و سلسه. مده التمارين 20 دقيقه بس و النتيجه ملحوظه من البدايه.
