I’ve been training with trainer Sumayya for a while now, and she’s absolutely amazing! She’s super professional, motivating, and really knows how to make workouts both effective and enjoyable. I’ve seen great results and actually look forward to my gym sessions now. The gym itself has a great atmosphere and well-maintained equipment, which makes every session even better. Highly recommend both trainer Sumayya and this gym!

The gym atmosphere is very bad. Going to the gym to work out is to get that atmosphere. Here, the athlete has to request even to play music. There is a supportive coach named Saurav. It continues only because of that.

At Arrow Fitness Fujairah, there is clear price discrimination based on nationality. UAE citizens are charged 200 AED per month, while Asian customers are charged only 175 AED for the exact same membership. This is unfair, discriminatory, and unacceptable. Unfortunately, my experience at this gym was disappointing. It’s commonly understood in most gyms across the UAE that the first trial day is free. The front desk staff opened the gate for me electronically without mentioning any trial fee. After my workout, I couldn’t find the staff at the reception — I unexpectedly found him in a nearby perfume shop, where he began shouting at me in public in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and trains staff to treat visitors with proper courtesy and professionalism.

The gym has a wide variety of equipment, including free weights, machines, and cardio stations. The trainers are professional and approachable, offering personalized advice and guidance during sessions.Pricing is fair compared to other gyms in the area, especially considering the range of amenities.

Clean and well-maintained environment. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable. Equipment is impressive, with all types of fitness needs, from cardio to strength training. Excellent fitness experience, highly recommend.
