✅ Pros 1. Clean & Premium Environment: Spotless facility with a pleasant ambiance and signature scent. 2. Wide Range of Classes: Varied options and flexible schedules, convenient for working women. 3. Excellent Facilities: Sauna, steam room, lockers, and prayer rooms available. 4. Tech Integration: Individual profiles allow tracking of cardio workouts directly on machines. 5. Professional Team: Multinational staff and highly qualified coaches/trainers ensure a professional experience. ⚠️ Cons 1. Parking Costs: Only RTA self-pay parking is available, requiring daily payments. #Chaotic despite point 3 below. 2. Inconvenient F&B Payment: Orders at the café upstairs must be paid first at the downstairs reception, making the process awkward. 3. Premium Pricing: Membership fees are significantly higher compared to most other fitness clubs in Dubai. 4. Limited Merchandise: Essential female products (feminine hygiene items, extra socks, boxing wraps, etc.) are not available to buy. 5. No Charging Docks: No phone charging stations, inconvenient for members spending long hours at the gym.

This is my second time subscribing to FitnGlam, and it’s honestly one of my favorite ladies-only gyms. I feel very comfortable every time I’m there, and I really love the classes and the overall environment. I especially want to mention Marydave , she is always helpful, supportive, and welcoming, and she truly makes the experience better. My only request to the management is regarding the class schedule. There are very few classes on Saturdays and Sundays, mostly in the morning, and as a working woman in Dubai, weekends are my main free time to enjoy the gym and classes. Also, during the week, the last classes ending around 6 or 7 pm feel quite early for working females. Thank you, and I hope you consider adjusting the schedule a bit.

FitnGlam Women’s SuperClub Al Quoz has truly been a life-changing place for me. I’ve been coming here every single day, and it’s been 4 years now — and I can honestly say I see and feel the difference in my strength, fitness, and confidence. A huge shout-out to Instructor Jacqueline — her Bootcamp, CrossFit, and Power & Strength classes are next level. She pushes you in the best way possible, keeps every session challenging and fun, and actually makes you want to show up consistently. Her energy, knowledge, and motivation are unmatched. The gym itself is empowering, well-equipped, and has such a supportive women-only environment. If you’re looking for real results, discipline, and a place that makes fitness part of your lifestyle — this is it. Highly recommend ✨

I would like to start by expressing my deep appreciation for Elvira, my personal trainer. She truly has a challenging job with me due to my physical limitations, yet she always manages to design the most suitable and effective training program. Her patience, professionalism, and genuine care make every session motivating and safe. She is always attentive, helpful, and fully engaged — never just standing around. That’s something I had really been missing before, and I’m very thankful that she brings such positive energy and dedication to the studio. As for the gym itself, it’s a beautiful, spacious, and clean place overall. However, I think the changing areas the lockers could be cleaned a bit more frequently, and the wet sauna needs more regular maintenance. The restaurant menu is quite limited, and the payment process there is unnecessarily complicated — it used to be much better before. I think there is a new management maybe that’s the reason . Additionally, when I signed up, I didn’t receive a welcome package, such as a bottle or a gym bag, which I believe is something every new member should get. Despite these points, I truly enjoy training there — mainly thanks to Elvira, who makes the experience so much better for me

This gym is literally the BEST, and I call it my second home The staff here are AMAZING. Everyone here is super positive and friendly. I’m always greeted with a smile by the service staff and it honestly makes my day. Special kudos to the general manager, Marija❤️. She’s so fun to be around with and is very welcoming. I highly recommend her boot camp class because she welcomes people of all fitness levels and guides beginners effectively. Moreover, she is in general very positive and makes every member feel welcomed at the gym irrespective of who they are. Also, I want to appreciate my membership consultant, Rose . She’s honestly the best and does a fabulous job in assisting me. Moreover, she always listens to my concerns and is proactive in addressing it. She’s really quick in her word. I highly recommend her for assistance with your membership as she’s the epitome of great customer service. Also to Kamelya who was the first person I spoke to at the gym and encouraged me to keep going❤️. And lastly, I want to appreciate the PTs as well. Even tho I haven’t trained with them, they still greet me and make me feel welcomed. Especially Masumah and Samira They always ask if I’m doing well and it means a lot. Regarding the classes, all I can say is that there were days I entered the gym feeling burnt out and upset. But for some reason, after the classes, I feel so much more energized and stronger! Don’t ask me who my favorite instructor is because it’s soooo hard to choose from them. They all are amazing✨ I’m not sure why there are negative reviews about the late policy. Every gym has a late policy. And also, this ensures we are disciplined which is a good thing! Overall, the facilities are suuuuuper clean and refreshing. But above that, the only reason I ever keep coming back to this place is because of the staff here . I’m always welcomed with such positive energy and that’s what keeps me coming. Yes, I agree, the membership is quite expensive but good things do come with a price tag 🙂 I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. I honestly CANNOT see myself in any other gym, apart from FitnGlam ✨ I see myself become stronger and closer to my fitness goals each day ✨ If you are looking for the best ladies only gym, this is your place to go! I highly recommend✨
