My second home for the last 3 and a bit year! Love this gym. The classes are always well programmed and if you follow the weekly routine you hit all the right strength, conditioning, muscle groups. The vibe and feels like home kinda feeling in the group classes is the best part. The coaches are great that take care of each of us in the session making sure we are all doing the right movements and correcting us to avoid injury l. My favorite is Coach Raffa he’s energy is like no other , always giving his all to each class he gives. His music is always motivating and keeps us all coming back for more! The cleaning staff are always on it and making sure it’s fresh and clean around the open gym areas. The one huge suggestion would be some more cardio equipment would be great when the gym is busy and the class is full. It’s my happy place

The quality of the showers and men’s changing room has become very poor. Towels are often left everywhere, the shower areas are dirty, and overall cleanliness and hygiene standards are not acceptable. There is only one hair dryer available, and even that was not working today. This gym has good potential, but it really needs serious improvement in health, hygiene, and facility maintenance to match what members expect. As of today Dec 31/12/2025 still No hair shower

Poor management and lack of care for members. It really feels like this gym is only focused on taking money rather than caring about its members. It takes ages for them to fix basic issues. Although the roof or AC is not currently leaking, whenever it does, repairs are delayed and not treated as a priority. This is clearly a safety concern, yet it doesn’t seem to be considered important at all. However, what is treated as a priority is selling Pilates grip socks. Suddenly, from today, you are not allowed to join a Pilates class without grip socks — even though I attended the previous three classes wearing normal socks with no issue. No one informed members about this change in advance: no email, no message, nothing. It’s very obvious this rule appeared only after they started selling their own socks and pushing members to purchase them. The problem is not the socks themselves — it’s the lack of communication and transparency. The same poor communication happens with parking. When there are events at Yas Bay and parking is closed, members are not informed at all. When the gym first opened, they used to send emails about events and alternative parking options. Why has that stopped? Many members are complaining about this, yet nothing changes — except the prices, which keep increasing. Despite the very poor management, I want to be fair: the coaches are great. Unfortunately, good coaches cannot compensate for bad management and the clear lack of respect for members.

I went to the gym today, and I really like that they have separate areas for men and women. I trained in the women’s section, and it was so nice and comfortable knowing no one was watching me. The gym is amazing! The vibe and atmosphere are super motivating, and it makes me want to come back more often. The showers are great, with modern Dyson hair dryers, and the locker room is so clean and cozy. The equipment is also really good. I just love this gym!

I’ve been visiting this gym regularly, and it has consistently been one of the best fitness experiences I’ve had. The environment is clean, well-organized, and always welcoming. The equipment is modern, well-maintained, and there’s a great variety of machines and free weights, making it easy to follow any type of training routine. The big highlight is the service and the beautiful view of the sea at Yas Bay

The only good thing is the view and location. Other than that the gym has a major hygiene Issue. 1. Washrooms are always dirty, dusty and moldy. 2. Washrooms sanitary is broken. 3. No plastic bags, hair dryer, and other common shower/dressing products and accessories 4. No water canteen. 5. Almost never clean small towels are available. 6. Not enough cleaning staff. If not due to the location and convenience i don’t recommend the gym. Cheaper, cleaner gyms are available that provide a better experience. This gym is only recommended for people who will never shower or use the gym washrooms.
