One of the well maintained, affordable GYM in Abu Dhabi. Trainer Akhshai and team have done a great job, it's been great training with you guys.

Considering the price, it's a good gym. Good variety of equipment. But should have more cable cross over machines. Very crowded between 5 to 9 pm. Cable cross over machine is never free during this time. Gym instructor is a very nice and active person. He is always running here and there to help and guide people. Five stars for him.

The trainers here are really good, especially Mr. Sunil. Place is neat and tidy. Affordable considering the location & space. The only bad thing about this place is most of the time they play Hindi romantic songs. If you are planning to join this gym, just have a pair of headphones with you.

A gym where you can achieve your goals with help of personal training compare to big gyms like golds gym and fitness first. Very affordable personal training. I prefer if you want to go for personal training choose this gym because I find the female trainer here she is good at getting your goal.

Cheap gym and by that i mean the best prices you can find in abu dhabi believe me. Could get crowded during peak hours and i mean very crowded. Trainers are the BEST i have come across. They love to train you. And you will have a personal connection with them provided you are a nice human being.
