The facilities are always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and there’s plenty of variety for both strength training and cardio. What really sets this gym apart, though, is the staff. They’ve been incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. A special shout-out to Jonna, Asma, and Aya and Hadeer who are always friendly, encouraging, and willing to go the extra mile to help with form corrections, workout tips, or just a motivating word when you need it. Whether you’re new to fitness or a regular gym-goer, the positive atmosphere here makes working out something to look forward to. Highly recommend!

The place is absolutely perfect for anyone who wants to live a healthier and more active lifestyle. The gym is spacious, spotless, and equipped with top-quality machines and facilities. i love the positive atmosphere. Luana Fitness Center is an excellent gym — very spacious, clean, and has a relaxing ambiance that makes workouts enjoyable. The staff are amazing, especially Joanna, Aya, and Coach Hadir, who are always friendly, supportive, and professional. What’s even more impressive is that the gym truly cares about the well-being of its members. They recently organized a Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign, showing their commitment not just to fitness, but also to overall health and wellness. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a gym that genuinely values its community!

I have been a member of this gym for 2 years, but due to a job change I could only use 3 months of my membership in the last year. I did not ask for a refund – all I wanted was to transfer my remaining membership to a friend. Yet the gym refused both a refund and a transfer, basically applying a "use it or lose it" policy. I have repeatedly asked to speak with a supervisor or someone in charge, but I was constantly ignored and given excuses by the reception staff. No one from management has ever contacted me to resolve this issue. Because of my new job I have no choice but to move to another city. Otherwise, the location of this gym was convenient for me and I would have gladly continued. But this kind of customer service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. They are happy to take your money, but when it comes to fairness and customer care, they simply don’t care. I would not recommend this gym unfortunatelly to anyone who values transparency and professionalism.

Gym is very good and orderly and I am a frequent here. However, there has been a recent cycle session with very loud music and noise that is not respectful of other gym occupants who wish to focus on their own routines and workouts especially after a long busy workday. I am really disappointed with this and communicated to receptionist who said she will speak to trainer.
