I’ve been a member of this gym for a while, and when I first joined the atmosphere was absolutely perfect. The coaches were amazing — their energy, their chemistry, and the way they supported each other created such a positive vibe. They used to sing together, laugh together, and motivate each other’s classes. But recently, many of the great coaches have left, like Maya, Rahma, and Shaimaa, and the whole environment has definitely changed.

What sets this gym apart is the perfect blend of professional service and warm community. The coaches are certified and highly attentive, offering excellent advice on both training and nutrition. The atmosphere is non-judgmental, making it comfortable for all ages and fitness levels. Highly recommended.

Moved to the Al Ain recently and signed up to i Train Gym based on recommendations. The sign up process was quick and transparent. They gave me a great orientation to the facility, making me feel immediately comfortable. One month since joined, I feel that this was a really great decision to join here. Highly recommended!
