Very disappointed in GymNation Al Ain Mall branch. Small and tight space and not accommodating to the increasing number of customer. I had accidentally lost a ring in the gym, there was literally no cooperation or effort they did to help me in the gym. They gave unbelievable excuses like we cannot open the CCTV cameras. Charges for freezing the membership is another headache as most other gyms offer free freezing for a month atleast. I had a terrible 6 months experience here and I will never recommend anyone to go for this gym.

They ignore cancellation requests and deliberately make the process difficult. No respect for the customer’s time. I do not recommend subscribing at all.

Honestly, this has been one of the most disappointing gym experiences I’ve had. I’m not speaking only for myself — I brought more than 30 people from my team to this gym, and we all shared the same feedback and frustration. I had my items stolen once, and no action was taken. No support, no respect, and I was simply told it was "my responsibility." Even today, when I just asked to leave my things for a few minutes, the answer was, "We don’t keep anything for anyone." On top of that, the facilities are far below acceptable standards. The bathrooms are always dirty, water leaking everywhere, and it never feels properly maintained. For a place that claims to offer quality service, this is extremely unprofessional. I honestly hope another gym opens on this road, because as soon as that happens, I will definitely switch. This experience has been more than enough.

One thing I appreciate about this gym is their dedication to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. There is a diverse group of members, and everyone is respectful and supportive of each other's fitness journeys. The only downside to this gym is the timings, as I usually finish after 12 and they haven't operated yet for 24 hours. Anyway, they made up for it. Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and well-equipped gym with a variety of workout options. The staff and members create a positive and motivating atmosphere, and I am excited to continue my fitness journey at this gym. I was thinking about joining the gym, but after speaking to Rhed, that decision was easy to make. Not only was he extremely professional and comfortable to talk to, he made the process very easy. You should definitely ask for him!
