Fitness First is a clean and well-equipped gym with modern facilities, a great variety of classes, and friendly, professional staff. The environment is motivating, plus free water is provided and unlimited coffee is available, which is a great bonus. #myplayground

First time in a long while to sign up for a gym membership and definitely the best decision I made before the end of this year. Love the new equipments, the class, the personal training from Sherrine, the locker rooms and the infrared sauna!

​I am so happy I joined Fitness First Al Wahda Mall! I first met my agent, Ronalyn, at a free event and I’m so glad I did. She has been incredibly helpful and always keeps me updated on everything a client needs to know. I’ve had friends who felt "left out" by their agents once they signed up, but Ronalyn is the total opposite—she even stepped in to help my friend when her own agent wouldn’t. She’s amazing! ​The coaching team is also top-notch. Arjay did my assessment and he really took the time to listen to me; he explained my results so clearly and showed me exactly how to use the machines. On Dec 31st, I attended an early morning Body Attack class with Naffitti. Even though I was the only one there, he gave it 100% energy as if the room was full! I also have to mention Najjar, who I’ve followed from the Abu Dhabi Mall branch. She is so versatile—she can do everything from boxing to belly dancing and Zumba. She is such a motivation! ​The facilities here are also fantastic. I love the Infrared Sauna, all the equipment is brand new and high-quality, and the showers are just great. I really hope they keep up this level of maintenance! Even the ladies' room attendants are so helpful and always have a smile on their faces, which makes a big difference. ​A few suggestions for the club: I’d love to see Belly Dancing added to the Al Wahda schedule soon, and I highly recommend bringing in Vincent Araneta for Zumba because he’s excellent. It would also be great if Zumba could be a mixed session so everyone can join in the fun!

Amazing new facilities and staff are very welcoming. Thanks to Darn for inviting me to this new place and I decided to become a member. Now, I am very much happy to see my transformation after one year.

This branch right here is the most wonderful, accommodating, friendly, and vibey of all from equipment to its people. Specially Darnel, every time I walk in im always happy. Fitness First is highly recommended and worth giving it a go!!! I swear this place is different among the rest.

Angelo and Vince reception staff are really so helpful, professional, supportive and cooperative.. always welcome everyone with a smile..a well managed front desk that reflects the gym’s standards.
