I'm absolutely loving my time at FIT GYM. The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, the staff is incredibly friendly, consistent and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is motivating without being intimidating as well as the Coffee shop was great Ice Coffee, especially the "ARBAB" excellent. Its the perfect environment to focus on my workouts and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to get FIT.

I love the variety of classes they offer — from indoor cycling and yoga to high-intensity functional and MMA-style sessions — all led by knowledgeable instructors that keep you motivated. The trainers here are genuinely supportive and actually help you improve, not just count reps. The staff are welcoming and always ready to assist, making the gym feel like more than just a workout space — it’s a community. The free parking is a nice bonus too! So far I have been very impressed with FIT in YAS Mall - I was recommended by a friend. The service has been excellent, with friendly and professional staff who make you feel welcome from the minute you step into the gym. The gym itself is spacious, clean and very well organised. The equipment is modern and high quality, with a great variety of machines and free weights to suit all types of training. The facilities are also top-notch, from the workout areas to the changing rooms. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far and I’m really happy I joined. Highly recommend!!
