I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Champions Gym, one of the best gyms in Abu Dhabi. They have a fantastic variety of gym equipment, including treadmills, Stairmasters, cycling machines, and weight lifting equipment, among others. It's truly a well-equipped facility that caters to all fitness needs. In addition, they have 4 to 5 personal trainers available at affordable prices for both men and women. This makes it accessible for everyone to get guidance on their fitness journey. With plenty of space to work out, it's a great environment to focus on your fitness goals. I highly recommend taking advantage of this opportunity for a truly good experience.

Good gym, but they need to work on their lighting, needs more bright lights

This is by far the worst gym I have ever joined. The place is extremely congested, there are not enough machines or dumbbells, and the cycle machines are running without electricity. There is literally no space for stretching or doing abs workouts. The worst part is the trainers. They show clear favoritism between genders — whenever there are ladies in the gym, the trainers are always around them, even when they don’t need help or haven’t paid for personal training. Meanwhile, paying clients who spent 800 AED for PT are completely ignored. This is highly unprofessional and unfair. Why should someone pay such a high amount when there are plenty of nearby gyms offering a better environment, more equipment, and professional trainers at more reasonable prices? This gym is not worth the money or the time.
