This is my third time renewing my package here, and I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the staff most especially Coach Shuhaib for being so patient with me. I have started to see a real difference since he guided me with my workouts. I would also like to thank the reception staff anna for being very approachable and friendly and hardworking . To coach rizwana and unais as well, I truly appreciate all of you. Thank you for the great support and encouragement.

One of the best gyms I’ve trained at! CAPSULE Gym has top-quality equipment, a great vibe, and very supportive trainers. A special thanks to Anna, the in-charge, for managing everything so professionally, and to the trainers Rizwana, Unais, and Shuhaib—they’re knowledgeable, motivating, and always helpful. Clean, well-organized, and perfect for anyone serious about fitness. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing and very disciplined. All the equipment are new and easy to use. Also, the trainer is very helpful and motivates everyone to get pushed more and work harder.

Sharing my experience after a month of being active member to this fitness gym. I would like to thank each and everyone, especially Coach Risswana who is a great trainer to females with great techniques and workout plans. she makes you feel so comfortable and trains you so well. I took PT with her to help me with weight gain and as a result i gained 4kgs in a healthy way. She teaches how to be in descipline and how to be motivated even outside of the gym. The receptionist, Ms Anna is so helpful and kind ; she is always there to assist you and always willing to help. Thanks to all the trainers, thanks to capsule fitness.
