Decent fix of people. Trainers are good. Every time we hear azaan (the call for prayers), the music is respectfully paused. A little cramped, as in, sometimes there is no place to work out as someone or other machine is in your way. You wait till they are done as then start your sets. New Year 2026 update: I got a complete 30 days free offer from the scratch card offer they have introduced. Excellent for Shabiya 12 folks. Good for both genders, male and female as there are 2 make and 1 female trainers available. Sometimes few people use their completely sweaty hands to use the machines and treadmills but do not wipe it clean after use, so it seems weird when you touch it and also very unhygienic. But this flaw is of the people/members of the gym.

It’s the best gym in Shabiya, Abudhabi . This gym have all kind of most modern equipments and has a lot of space inside. The trainers are very friendly. They have good knowledge and they guide us properly to get a good physique . I personally recommend this gym.
