The agents are very rude and unprofessional, they managed to mess up the spelling of our company in an official MOA and when we challenged it the response was to say "ok we messed up, so what??". No effort was made to assist in rectifying the error, they raised the expectation for us to pay for the service again in order to correct it and the entire attitude was dismissive. We have asked the agent to connect us to their Management to which we received a blunt refusal. Such company should not exist! Stay away!
