Опыт сотрудничества с Harbins Accounting оказался негативным. Большинство Отчётов не были предоставлены своевременно и не тол; аудит за 2024 год на дату публикации не завершён. Перечень документов и чек-лист для аудита 2024 года заранее не предоставлялись, несмотря на мои повторные запросы по e-mail. При подписании договора с меня были получены чеки на оплату за год вперёд; копии/подтверждения по моим запросам не предоставлялись. Доступы и данные к финансовым папкам были переданы. При заявлении о "50% аудита" в Zoho остаётся более 1 000 неподтверждённых транзакций. В течение проекта имели место задержки; в последний квартал работа фактически не велась. В телефонном разговоре представитель компании повышал голос. По рекомендации компании мной был привлечён юрист; после получения оплаты он перестал выходить на связь (имеются подтверждающие материалы). تجربتي مع Harbins Accounting كانت سلبية. لم تُسلَّم تقارير شهري يوليو وأغسطس في المواعيد المحددة، ولم يكتمل تدقيق عام 2024 حتى تاريخ النشر. لم يُزوَّدني أحد مسبقًا بقائمة الوثائق وقائمة التحقق المطلوبة للتدقيق رغم طلباتي المتكررة عبر البريد الإلكتروني. عند توقيع العقد تم استلام شيكات تُغطي مدفوعات سنة كاملة مقدمًا؛ ولم تُقدَّم نسخ/إيصالات حسب الطلب. تم تسليم البيانات ومنح صلاحيات الوصول إلى المجلدات المالية. رغم التصريح بأن "50٪ من التدقيق" قد اكتمل، لا يزال في Zoho أكثر من 1,000 معاملة غير معتمدة. خلال المشروع حدثت تأخيرات، وفي الربع الأخير لم يُنفَّذ عمل فعليًا. في مكالمة هاتفية قام ممثل الشركة برفع صوته. وبناءً على توصية الشركة استعنت بمحامٍ؛ وبعد استلامه الدفعة توقّف عن الرد (وتتوفر لديّ مستندات تثبت ذلك). التقييم:

Exceptional services and we had an excellent experience working with Harbins. We are a small business and it can be very hard to navigate the market especially in the initial stages. What we liked about Harbins is that they cater to your budget and have packages for smaller businesses like ourselves. They dealt with our company setup which went on smoothly and are currently managing our accounting and taxation. The monthly reports are detailed and broken down into components which makes it easier to track our financial performance. What we have learned is that instead of incurring thousands of dirhams fines later on due to incorrect filing , we would rather pay a company that are professionals in their field and it was the best decision we took.
