Significant Decline in Service Quality After Long-Term Cleaner Left. I have held a legacy contract with this company for many years, predating the Elite Maids acquisition of the previous owners. My regular, reliable cleaner left Elite in November 2025, and since then, the service quality has plummeted significantly. Over the past month, the company struggled to provide a professional replacement. I gave them the benefit of the doubt through December, which involved training two different maids during a stressful holiday period. I ultimately decided to terminate my contract, as I was left to clean my house myself during the busy holiday season—a disappointing "Happy New Year" present. The replacement staff provided were consistently poor: Attitude and Efficiency: The new cleaners seemed more concerned with the driver's pick-up time than completing the job sufficiently within the allocated three hours for a large 2-bedroom apartment (three times weekly). Time was wasted instead of cleaning. Quality of Work: One maid refused to iron, suggesting I book a separate service, and her cleaning skills were limited, leaving wet dust stains on surfaces. Specialized Bookings: I booked a specific ironing lady one day to clear backlogs. In two hours, she ironed only one bed set and a few t-shirts. Only after I raised my voice did she quickly complete the job, proving she was capable but simply unmotivated. Lack of Company Control: The final straw was when a replacement cleaner I had just trained decided she didn't want to work as hard and unilaterally canceled her own future appointments with the company. The company had no replacement available on the day, leaving me in a bind before guests arrived. It seems the "Elite" standard is long gone. The service has become unreliable and unprofessional.

I’ve used Elite Maids for a while and their deep cleaning, sofa, and carpet services were excellent — hence the stars. But the regular cleaning service has been a disaster. They kept changing the cleaners every week, and when a regular team was finally assigned, their attitude was terrible. They’re very grumpy, don’t even reply to a simple "hi, how are you," and I actually had to ask them to smile or respond when they enter. There’s also constant miscommunication between customer service and the cleaners. Even when I received confirmed extra hours from the company, the cleaners refused to stay — one of them even walked out without responding to me. When I asked for a replacement, customer service said the other cleaner "won’t come without her colleague," which is very unprofessional. My advice: stay away from the regular maid service if you want a hassle-free experience.

We used Elite Maids for both home and office for 6 months. The cleaning job was average. The conduct of the cleaners and the management is a disaster. First, our payment to the day of cleaning at home went missing. After we claimed we paid and we have a cctv footage that the cleaner received the payment, the customer service stopped asking and realized the cleaner has taken the money and didnt give it to the company. Later the cleaner said they deducted from her salary. No apologies. We stopped her from coming for home cleaning and continued for office cleaning. 3 Weeks later a power bank goes missing from my table. Checking the cameras, she took it. Upon following up, the management passed on the cleaner number and didnt bother taking responsibility of seeing what has happened. The cleaner invested the story that i thought it was trash and later I took it out of trash and didn't have time to return it. 4 Days was passed and she never informed us or her office that she has taken an item out of my office without permission. When we asked the office to return it, a driver dropped it to the security at the office building. Again, no apology. Do not use this company as the cleaners are not trust worthy around your valuables and the company doesn't have the decency to acknowledge, take responsibility or apologize.

We have used Elite Maids services three years. The maids are truly excellent, they are polite and very professional. Yesterday Marialyn arrived. She was so good and thorough, that we asked for an extra 2 hours. The company agreed and let her stay to complete the work. Highly recommended Elite Maids. Thank you !

Very rude cleaner. Not professional at all and did not care to listen to the instructions. She was cleaning my balcony glass with broom and I just asked to use the glass cleaner and she got pissed. Told me I gave her a headache. Booked for two hours, she did an hour and left. Never again!

I have a regular cleaning schedule with them. Josephine is an excellent cleaner. She is well trained and does the work to my satisfaction. The customer service team is reachable and are prompt to resolve queries.
