I had the pleasure of having Rosinni Haluan care for my son, and I can confidently say she exceeded every expectation. From the moment she arrived, she was fully present and deeply attentive. My child is extremely active — constantly moving, playing, going in and out of the house — yet she never took her eyes off him for even a second. Her level of focus, patience, and responsibility was outstanding. What truly impressed me was how she engaged him. She didn’t just supervise — she played with him, read to him, and created moments that genuinely enriched his day. I was honestly surprised to see my son so eager to read and so happy to sit with her and enjoy reading stories. Watching the bond that formed between them in such a short amount of time was beautiful. By the end of the day, my son was pleasantly exhausted from all the play time — he fell asleep early and slept so well. That, in itself, says everything. Rosinni was polite, professional, kind, and incredibly dedicated. This will absolutely not be the last time we book her. She is truly a gem, and I’m grateful for the wonderful care she provided to my child .

Exceptional experience from start to finish. I hired Rosinni for overnight care, and she was wonderful! Warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. As someone who’s always nervous leaving my kids with someone new, trusting a caregiver with my newborn felt overwhelming, but she immediately put me at ease with her calm, reassuring presence. I want to sincerely thank Rossini for coming to our home and looking after my 4 month old baby . It was the first time I went out without my children, and she made me feel completely comfortable and reassured from the start. Rossini kept me updated the whole time, letting me know how everything was going, which really helped me relax. When I came back, the kids were happy and calm, she truly stayed engaged and spent the entire time playing with them and keeping them entertained. We were very happy with the service. She was professional and well presented and my daughter warmed to her straight away, which is unusual. She brought a few extra things for her to play with, which was a lovely touch and kept her really engaged. She followed instructions easily, got on with things without needing to be asked twice and was very polite and very kind throughout. We had a great experience and would happily use her again.

I have been a regular client of this company for over two years, so this experience was deeply disappointing. Due to the sudden death of my nephew, I had to postpone a service. Despite the circumstances, I was informed that it was considered cancelled because it fell within their 24-hour policy. This is a babysitting/childcare service, where compassion and understanding should be fundamental — not optional. Expecting a family to foresee a sudden death in order to comply with a cancellation window is both unrealistic and insensitive. Policies should never override basic human decency, especially toward long-standing clients facing a tragedy. This response reflects a serious lack of empathy and professionalism. I would strongly caution others who expect care, flexibility, and humanity from a childcare provider especially in emergencies.

We were very happy and glad that we trusted Sitters Child Care Services with our kids during our vacation in Abu Dhabi. We hired Flordeliza for our day out to YAS Waterpark, as we also adults wanted to enjoy the experience. Flordelize main task was to take care and accompany our 2 years old while we go on adult rides or with our 7 years old daughter. She did a very great job in breaking the ice with him, and took care of him as if he was her kid, chasing after him from one point to another with a wide smile. Thank you and i would definitely hire again on my next visit.

The nanny was perfectly punctual and extremely detail-oriented. My baby Salama truly experienced what felt like a six-hour spa day—complete with gentle massages and engaging tummy time. Michelle is incredibly sweet; she sang to her, spoke to her lovingly, and created such a calming environment. I’m very grateful for this experience and will definitely be requesting her services again soon.
