VIP tickets - same as a standard ticket))) I don’t understand for the point of VIP tickets… and for what VIP price, food? Come on guys)) have you tried? ‍♂️ Seats for VIP can be holded by standard tickets, coz they are mobilograher… and assistants) funny managers, came to me ask me, what is the issue- and then gone for other problems) You have to manage and check it out about your management and service But for sure, I’ll not come again waste money, for nothing I hope your CEO and top management will read this true feedback) and I’m open to speak with someone if they want)

Dubai 2024 (October). Unfortunately poorly organized venue. Air conditioners barely working, it’s hot inside, body odor everywhere, some people in visibly wet shirts (because of sweating). If you got business tickets, they serve food outside in 35 degrees Celsius (95 F). Food was small, with small warm drink and no ice, and cheesecake was warm too. Huge lines to the bathrooms (one for women and one for men); they announced that some extra bathrooms are outside, but no one wants to go out in this heat. Also, tables outside were full of trash, people ate and left everything on the tables and there was no staff to clean it up. Housekeeping staff was great and people work hard, however they were not aware of the differences between VIP and others and would try to take you to the bathroom in the back for VIP, but there is no access to that bathroom for business tickets holders. There were a couple of water coolers one was broken and staff worked on that for a long time, not sure if they fixed it eventually. Keep my fingers crossed for the second day, I hope they will fix all the issues. So far, would not recommend it.
