I truly appreciate the skill and professionalism of the technicians at this clinic—they are talented and experienced. However, my experience with the appointment management was disappointing. Despite booking an appointment in advance and arriving on time, I was informed that a walk-in client had arrived just a minute earlier and my slot could no longer be accommodated. It was frustrating and left me questioning the purpose of scheduling appointments if walk-ins are prioritized. I hope the clinic improves how bookings are handled to ensure a more reliable and respectful experience for clients.
